Liquid polymeric ferric sulfate is a chemical substance, reddish brown liquid, no precipitation. It is widely used in the purification of drinking water, industrial water, various industrial wastewater, urban sewage, sludge dewatering and so on.
Application characteristics
Compared with other inorganic flocculants, polymeric ferric sulfate has the following characteristics:
1. New, high-quality and high-efficiency iron salt inorganic polymer flocculant;
2. Excellent coagulation performance, dense alum and fast settlement speed;
3. Excellent water purification effect, good water quality, no harmful substances such as aluminum, chlorine and heavy metal ions, and no water phase transfer of iron ions, non-toxic, harmless, safe and reliable;
4. Significant effects of turbidity removal, decolorization, deoiling, dehydration, sterilization, deodorization, algae removal, COD, BOD and heavy metal ions in water;
5. Adapt to the wide range of pH value of water body, which is 4-11, and the optimal range of pH value is 6-9. After purification, the variation range of pH value and total alkalinity of raw water is small, and the corrosion to treatment equipment is small;
6. The purification effect of micro polluted, algae containing, low temperature and low turbidity raw water is remarkable, especially for high turbidity raw water;
7. The dosage is small, the cost is low, and the treatment cost can be saved by 20% - 50%.
Purification of domestic wastewater by liquid polymeric ferric sulfate
Purification mechanism and function:
1. Inorganic removal mechanism: large suspension is easy to precipitate, 40-50% inorganic colloid can be removed, and it is stable. It can be entrained and sunk by active method with good cohesion and separated from water. Some inorganic particles do not exist independently. They form suspended solids and colloids with organic matter and rise together with the biogas bubble. Then the organic matter is degraded, separated from the bubble and sinks, and finally removed by sludge discharge.
2. Removal mechanism of parasite eggs and bacteria: organic matter can produce free ammonia after biological fermentation. Ammonia can penetrate into eggs and cell membrane, which can kill eggs and sterilize them. Secondly, anaerobic environment also makes aerobic diseases unable to grow, some reduce or lose their pathogenic ability, and some die soon. The practice shows that in the biogas digester, 50%, in the scum on Ascaris lumbricoides eggs, more than 40% sink to the bottom of the tank, less than 10% in the fermentation broth, the removal rate of effluent is more than 95%, and the value of Escherichia coli decreases from to.
3. Anaerobic digestion mechanism of wastewater
The reaction process of liquid polymerized ferric sulfate consists of the following three stages:
1、 Hydrolysis stage: under the action of hydrolysis and fermentation bacteria, macromolecular substances such as carbohydrates, proteins and fats are hydrolyzed and fermented into small molecular substances such as monosaccharides, amino acids, fatty acids, glycerol and carbon dioxide, and solid substances are hydrolyzed into soluble substances.
2、 Acidification stage: under the action of hydrogen and acetic acid producing bacteria, the products of the first stage are transformed into hydrogen, carbon dioxide and acetic acid.
3、 Methanogenic appendage: through the action of two groups of physiologically different alkanogenic bacteria, the mixture of methane and hydrogen and carbon dioxide are transformed into methane.
