Polyferric sulfate
The liquid PFS is a reddish brown precipitate free liquid. In practical use, there will be yellowish brown sediment in long-term storage, and yellowish green sediment in use. After analyzing the yellowish brown sediment, we found that this phenomenon is due to the product produced by the slow hydrolysis of the product, which is a normal phenomenon.
What is the cause of yellow green precipitate when using PFS?
Polyferric sulfate
First of all, we detect the water quality and the products produced respectively, and exclude that it is caused by the interaction of other polluted liquid polymeric ferric sulfate substances in the wastewater and chemicals. In other words, this phenomenon may be caused by PFS. Why?
Polyferric sulfate was tested and it was found that the raw material of ferrous sulfate used in this product contained metatitanic acid. The hydrolyzed pure product of titanium oxysulfate is white. However, due to the poor control of conditions in the production process, it is partially hydrolyzed to produce ferric hydroxide, which is mixed together to present yellow green precipitation.

Therefore, in the production of PFS, in addition to the selection of raw materials, the control of production conditions is also very necessary. Through the continuous improvement of the production process and the adoption of semi-automatic production facilities, Changlong technology can well control the production conditions. The content of the product is higher and the stability is better than that on the market.
