1. Before use, put polyferric sulfate into the alum dissolving tank according to a certain concentration (10-30%), inject tap water, stir it to make it hydrolyze fully, leave it to be reddish brown, then dilute it with water to the required concentration, and add coagulation. The water plant can also be directly added with 2-5%, and the industrial wastewater treatment can be directly added with 5-10%.

2. According to the nature of raw water, the dosage can be determined by production debugging or beaker experiment, depending on the proper amount of alum formation. Other dosage used in water plant can be used as reference. Under the same conditions, the dosage of this product is about the same as that of solid polyaluminum chloride, which is 1 / 3-1 / 4 of that of solid aluminum sulfate. If the original product is used, it can be calculated according to the corresponding reagent concentration. It's about 1:3 by weight.

3. When in use, the prepared polyferric sulfate is pumped into the metering tank, and the dosing solution is coagulated with raw water through metering.

4. Under normal circumstances, it is prepared and used on the same day. Tap water is needed for dispensing, and a little sediment is normal.

5. Pay attention to the hydraulic conditions and alum formation in the three stages of coagulation.

(1) Poly sulfuric acid polymerization stage: the micro alum is formed in a very short time when the liquid medicine is injected into the coagulation tank and the raw water is quickly coagulated. At this time, the water body is more turbid, which requires the water flow to produce intense turbulence. In the beaker experiment, it is better to stir rapidly (250-300 RPM) for 10-30s, generally not more than 2min.

(2) Flocculation stage of PFS: it is the growth stage of alum, which requires appropriate turbulence degree and sufficient residence time (10-15min). In the later stage, a large number of alum can be observed slowly sinking to form a clear surface layer. In the beaker experiment, the mixture was stirred at 150 rpm for about 6 minutes, and then stirred at 60 rpm for about 4 minutes until it was suspended.

(3) Sedimentation stage: the flocculation sedimentation is carried out in the sedimentation tank, which requires water flow. Generally, inclined tube (plate) sedimentation tank (air flotation method is used to separate the flocculation) is adopted for efficiency. A large number of alum flowers are blocked by the inclined tube (plate) wall and deposited at the bottom of the tank. The upper water is clear water. The remaining alum flowers with small particle size and small density drop slowly while continuing to collide with each other to form a large scale The residual turbidity remained unchanged in the later stage. In the beaker experiment, it is better to stir slowly for 5 minutes at 20-30 rpm, and then settle for 10 minutes to measure the residual turbidity.

6. Strengthening filtration is mainly to select filter layer structure and filter aid reasonably, so as to improve the removal rate of filter, which is an important measure of water quality.

7. This product is used in the treatment of environmental protection and industrial wastewater, which is similar to the water treatment plant. It has a good effect on the treatment of raw water with high chroma, high COD and BOD, supplemented by additives.

8. For enterprises adopting chemical coagulation method, the original equipment does not need to be greatly improved, and the product can be used only by adding alum dissolving tank.

9. This product must be kept in a dry, moisture-proof and heat proof place (< 80oC, do not damage the package, the product can be stored for a long time).

10. This product must be dissolved before use. Corrosion resistant materials shall be used for dissolving equipment and dosing facilities.
